According to his LinkedIn Page[1] he started at the DEA in 1990 as a special agent. His LinkedIn profile says he has been Senior Attorney at the Drug Enforcement Administration, Office of Chief Counsel since 2016.
In 2006 he wrote an article for the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin[2] and described as "Special Agent Hendrie, DEA Legal Section, is a legal instructor at the DEA Training Academy"
He wrote a book about flat earth ironically called "Greatest Lie on Earth". In the book he lies a lot.
