Dammond696 is a prominent flat Earth troll on YouTube, frequently targeting YouTubers such as SciManDan. He has been a member of YouTube since at least 29 August 2009 and goes by the moniker "Rune Bishop". His own channel is filled with mixed content, mostly of himself playing video games.
It appears that his mental health has been declining in recent years and now spends most of his day copying and pasting the same spam, repeatedly. Anyone he disagrees with he claims is a "bot" (which is everybody).
On 25 July 2026, Dammond696 publicly admitted that he has spent "years and years [of] trolling" science-based YouTubers.

He claims to be a 737 pilot, yet when this claim was challenged, he was unable to even provide basic answers to questions that even a student pilot would know.
