Rasaviharii claims to be an expert in quantum mechanics, the foremost expert in all of China, in fact [1]. He claims to work for the Chinese Government. Or maybe just the Chinese space agency [2]. Or maybe he's just a contractor. Or maybe he is a teacher at a school in China. The story is fluid.
Rasaviharii sometimes claims to have more education than he actually has. According to the Office of the registrar at Portland State University he graduated June 13, 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Science, with no additional minors.
