'''Glober''', derived from '''globe earther''', is a term popularised by [[:Category:Flerfs|flerfs]] to describe normal people,<ref>[https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/glober Glober—Wiktionary]</ref> likely in response to the terms ''flat earther'' and ''Flerfs''. Flerfs also affectionately use the term '''globetard''' (globe [[Wikipedia:Retard (pejorative)|retard]]).
'''Globers''' are people who noticed the Earth is a globe and somehow made an entire personality out of not being impressed by casserole-lid cosmology.

Oblate spheroid. Still round enough to ruin a Gleason map.
Globers are people who noticed the Earth is a globe and somehow made an entire personality out of not being impressed by casserole-lid cosmology.
The word was gifted to us by flerfs, who needed a label for "normal" that still sounded like an insult. They also say globetard. We say thanks for the taxonomy.
Globers do unfashionable things: cite primary sources, point cameras south and mean it, and occasionally ask where the ice wall is when the itinerary says McMurdo. They are disproportionately allergic to urine therapy, azimuthal equidistant fan fiction, and the claim that "perspective" eats freighters.
This category is not a fan club. It is a suspect list of people who keep showing up with evidence while the other side keeps showing up with Discord.
