See the right amount
Flerfs often claim that we "see too far" for the globe. But when properly tested we see the right amount. Every time. In fact, any bottom up obstruction falsifies flat earth.
Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe is about 20 miles across.
From the south shore you can see the CalNeva resort. From the shore on the south side in calm conditions the bottom of the resort is partially obstructed by the surface of the lake.
On January 10, 2025 Richard and Robert Robinson, The Robinson Twins visited Lake Tahoe visited Lake Tahoe and got video and photographs across the lake. Here is the resort from a short distance:
The resort was partially obstructed. There were not inferior mirages as confirmed by the trees on the far shore. They are not mirrored or duplicated vertically.

On January 11, 2025 MCToon and the Robinson Twins returned to the same dock on the south shore and confirmed the distant shoreline was not visible.
Some flat earthers have discovered that this video shows some inferior mirages. Flat earthers claim that inferior mirages HIDE the bottoms of distant objects. However, when comparing the video from the previous day the same amount of the resort is visible. Some not inverted, some inverted. Nothing additional is revealed or hidden with or without the mirage. This defeats the claim that inferior mirages hide the bottom of distant objects. In fact it appears that inferior mirages may dUNHIDE a small amount of the distance shore, the opposite what flerfs claim.
There is never an instance where the north shore is visible all the way to the water, including the dock, from the south shore as flat earth requires.
