Some way or another, its let me access the page when I use a redirect (e.g. Aftias). I've added the source code to my sandbox as a backup (its not wiki markup but at least its saved). It may or may not be the YT link, but the server seems to have flagged something (it says LiteSpeed Web Server). Washcarso (talk)

I think we need a "trusted" account group, so that we can use the protect function for certain pages to limit to users that have actually made useful contributions.

Thank you, DoraNku. The "trusted users" group sounds like a great idea. Like Wikipedia, we ought to have different levels of page protection. Probably something like:

1. Autoconfirmed
2. Trusted users
3. Administrators (probably won't ever need to go this high)

If possible, it might be a good idea to have a delay between when an account is created and when it is autoconfirmed, e.g. a couple days. At the moment, it seems to autoconfirm upon account creation (Flawrock was listed as autoconfirmed). That way not every vulnerable page will need to go as high as "trusted users" protection.

Current group rights are listed at Special:ListGroupRights.
