He has extensive experience working with city and state agencies, as well as with architects, developers, and contractors. He is currently a professional engineer licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Virginia. In the summer of 2017, Brian successfully completed the FHWA-NHI-13005 Safety Inspection of In-Service Highway Bridges to become a certified bridge safety inspector.
