Commander Davenport is an American flat earther that spews all the regular nonsense. Prominent on Instagram, most of his videos involve him making a profound claim while staring into the camera with sunglasses on, then cutting away to some rambling without evidence, usually with an image or video in the background. His name may be a reference to Roy M. Davenport.

He has appeared on podcasts, including recently Flat Earth Dave Interviews.

He has cited Eric Dubay and Mark Knight as catalysts for his flat Earth transition.

Most convincing "proof"
The "one proof that convinced" him is that midnight and midday should "switch" 6 months apart due to the night side of Earth facing the other way. Relative to the background stars, they do, hence the difference in the length of a solar day versus a sidereal day.

Transphopia
A good portion of his posts are him transvestigating well-known women. He has claimed that all of America's First Ladies are "men", and that Hollywood has a "trans agenda". Apparently, Nicole Kidman is a man, and all the evidence you need is that her name ends with "man".

Debunks
In July 2026, Dr. Blitz stitched and debunked his video on meteor showers. While Cmdr Davenport usually makes his way into the comment sections of posts debunking flat earth, he was nowhere to be seen on this one.
